His expertise includes publication of several executive search articles in construction-related periodicals. David’s professional background includes construction management, sales management and construction sales. He has hands-on construction experience, working as a superintendent and project manager, and holds a GC license. David is currently pursuing his MS in Construction Management at Western Carolina University. On the personal side, David holds a bachelor’s degree in theatre, with a double minor in business and philosophy from High Point University. He is married to Heather, who is also his business partner. They have two girls and one boy, ages 8 months, four and six. He loves spending time with his family. Before she became a teacher, she worked in advertising and promotions at a radio station, and served as an account manager at an advertising agency, working with extremely creative people. Barbara has been a senior consultant and facilitator for Wilson Learning Corporation since 1986. She is particularly skilled at delivering pilots of Wilson Learning programs that are then customized as a result of classroom experience to meet the ongoing specialized needs of organizations.
